Naples Daily News: Naples Senior Center hosting COVID-19 vaccine booster clinics for people 65 and older

At age 102, there’s not much that surprises Joseph Innes anymore, not even the COVID-19 pandemic.

“It wasn’t a problem,” he said.

When the Air Force veteran who flew B-17s in World War II got his vaccine booster Monday at the Naples Senior Center, his reaction was succinct: “I didn’t feel a thing.” 

The nonprofit organization, which provides social service programs for roughly 1,400 members ages 60 and up, on Monday launched a vaccine booster clinic in conjunction with the state Department of Health in Collier County for people 65 and older.
