On Monday, Aug. 2, and after 500 days of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Naples Senior Center reopened its building for inperson programs and service. The senior center is implementing a number of safety protocols such as mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for all senior center staff, and everyone on site will be required to have their temperature checked as well as wearing a mask while inside the facility. “We are committed to assisting older adults in our community in the safest and healthiest manner,” said Jaclynn Faffer, president and CEO of the Naples Senior Center. “To achieve that goal, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines.”
