LIFE AS IT IS by Mary Bossary

A baby born.  The stars all smile.  She grows in every delightful say.

“Knight in Shining Armor” appears.  They dance thru days and years all ablaze with warmth of love.
Alleluia  Alleluia

Four baby boys soon come in their lives becoming the pride and joy of their parents.

Before they leave home to be on their own, scholarships both accademis and sports for them.  Their blessings seemingly endless fears.

Alleluia  Alleluia

Slowly their youngest son doesn’t quite make it as drugs continue to consume him.  He dies.
No Alleluia

Their family is overtaken. . Furniture and angels come crashing down.

 No Alleluia

She shakes her fist at God.  How could she have fallen out of His favor?

Years go by and life goes on.  Family and friends are always close by.

Move to Florida.  New home, new job, new friends, games, parties, and travel about.

Alleluia Alleluia

She’s much older now and matriarch of one hundred or more.  She sits in her chair and closes her eyes — watches as a movie of her life goes by.  Pain and sorrow true.  Yet her arms lift in praise she see sees the greatest of good overall.

Her heart sings aloud.
